Description
The Service and Maintenance Planner prepares daily maintenance and repair schedules for pump installations, coordinates priorities with customers, technicians, and colleagues, resolves urgent orders and breakdowns, and collaborates with the work planner and administrative staff. The role requires at least MBO+ working and thinking ability, prior planning experience in a technical service environment, strong communication and decisiveness, and the ability to manage ad hoc situations. It is a full-time position in Alphen aan den Rijn with a gross salary of €2,600–€3,500 per month, a temporary contract with possible permanent employment, and partly remote work.
