Description
The Service Planner supports the field service team in Alphen aan den Rijn by scheduling maintenance, breakdowns, and commissioning activities; coordinating telephone, email, and customer follow-up; and ensuring smooth technician operations. The role requires MBO+ education, planning experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, and residence near Alphen aan den Rijn. It is a temporary contract with potential permanent employment, 32–40 hours per week, and the possibility of working partly from home.
