Service Planner - Trivandrum at Rentokil-Initial

Rentokil PCI is hiring a Service Planner to plan, schedule, assign, and manage technician work across a branch territory. The role uses iCABS, SCP, and Service Companion systems to maximize service delivery, minimize backlogs, maintain accurate consumption and technician data, coordinate urgent service appointments, support digital transition, and monitor service productivity and compliance. The individual contributor reports to an AOM, OM, Assistant Branch Manager, or Branch Manager and requires a minimum graduation, 1–3 years of relevant team-management experience, basic computer skills, territory knowledge, and occasional travel.
