The Service Process Coordinator 4 performs moderately complex and varied service-process assignments with limited supervision, including processing production output, resolving complex issues, reviewing returned check files and images, researching payment returns, and supporting branded-card, CRS, retail, and commercial-bank products. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, cards, check, and ACH return-processing experience preferred, Office 365 proficiency, strong attention to detail, independent prioritization, and the ability to identify and improve process inefficiencies. It is a full-time Operations-Core Processor position in Ofallon, Missouri, with a salary range of $45,040 to $58,760 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
