Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Service Operations Manager for the AMT/AMSEA region, serving as the focal point for field product support. The role owns service contract KPIs, material and labor analysis, service quality, field escalations, repair and refurbishment, field readiness, SAR, NPI, and cross-functional execution, while communicating risks and progress to senior stakeholders. Candidates need semiconductor equipment experience in a production environment, knowledge of ALD, PVD, or MCVD technology and equipment maintenance, and a BS degree or higher; an engineering background is preferred.
