Emerson is hiring a senior transformation leader to guide complex, high-impact initiatives across services, engineering, product, sales, marketing, IT, operations, and business units. The role translates enterprise strategy into roadmaps and measurable outcomes, leads cross-functional teams without direct authority, establishes governance and reporting, manages scope and risks, and drives change adoption and sustainable operational ownership. It requires a bachelor’s degree, more than five years of project or program management experience, cross-functional leadership experience, and familiarity with sales-services environments; a 4-1 hybrid model is required.
