Description
ABB is hiring a Project- & Avtalschef Electrification Service to lead and develop a team of project managers, contract managers, and electrical constructors. The role oversees the quality, profitability, delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement of service projects and contracts, supports field engineers, contributes to sales and tendering, and develops organizational competence. It requires at least five years of project leadership and five years of people leadership and organizational development experience, along with documented experience in low- and medium-voltage electrification or related infrastructure. The position may be based in Västerås, Karlstad, Skellefteå, or Luleå, with approximately 25% travel within Sweden.
