Description
The Services Provider (MSP) Systems Engineer will provide presales technical support to MSP sellers and partners, develop proposals and sizing, manage proof of concepts and demonstrations, collaborate on technical strategies, build partner relationships, and support managed services growth across the Americas. The role requires at least five years of presales experience in the service provider or systems integrator space, strong networking and virtualization skills, public cloud experience with AWS and Azure, and knowledge of storage, multi-tenancy, automation, and cloud-native technologies. It is primarily remote with approximately 50% travel and a starting annual compensation range of USD 207,000 to USD 311,000.
