Description
The Service Advisor serves as the first point of contact for customers at a car dealership in Emmen, welcoming customers, scheduling appointments, coordinating with mechanics, explaining maintenance and repair work, keeping customers informed, and handling work orders and invoices. The role requires automotive industry experience, knowledge of Carsystems and ROB Software, strong customer service and communication skills, and Dutch proficiency. It offers a gross hourly wage starting at €16, part-time work of 24–32 hours, training opportunities, and the possibility of a permanent contract.
