Description

WirelessCar is hiring an experienced Service Reliability Engineer to lead major incidents as Incident Commander, coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, and support 24/7 on-call operations for production services. The role requires IT operations, service operations, SRE, DevOps, or similar experience, incident and problem-management expertise, strong stakeholder management, ITIL knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, business, or equivalent practical experience
Required Previous Experiences: Experience in IT operations, service operations, technical support, SRE, DevOps, or a similar operational environment
Hands-on IT support or operations experience
Experience leading or coordinating major incidents in a technically complex environment
Experience with incident, problem, and continuous improvement processes
Experience with ITIL principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with demanding external customers, service-level commitments, and complex stakeholder environments
