DRW is hiring a Technical Lead for its Container Infrastructure team to own and improve the performance, reliability, architecture, standards, automation, and operational excellence of a large Kubernetes platform serving trading desks, data scientists, and enterprise application teams. The role involves coordinating onboarding and deployment of applications, supporting users, coaching engineers, and managing technical debt across hundreds of clusters and thousands of nodes. Candidates need multiple years of Kubernetes administration experience, strong knowledge of networking, storage, and containerization, and familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform. The position offers an annual base salary of $250,000 to $300,000 plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
