Cytek Biosciences is hiring a Service Sales Manager to lead and scale global service agreement and commercial service offerings. The role manages a team of Contract Sales Specialists, drives recurring service revenue through contract conversions, renewals, and attachments, and collaborates with field service, commercial sales, marketing, operations, customer service, order management, and finance. Candidates need at least five years of commercial experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or medical device capital equipment sales or service sales, including at least two years in team management or regional leadership, along with a bachelor’s degree and familiarity with flow cytometry or cell analysis platforms.
