Description

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is hiring a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support its Commercial Service Technicians and Service Operations team. The role owns technician schedules in an assigned geographic area, prioritizes customer requests, manages maintenance backlogs and emergency work, adjusts schedules, communicates changes, and coordinates with customers, technicians, and operations leaders. The position reports to the Director of Service Coordination and offers $31-$41 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and additional retirement, leave, insurance, and wellness benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Track record of excellent customer service in high-pressure or rapidly changing situations
