Pattison Agriculture is hiring a Service Shift Manager/Foreman for the evening shift in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. The role oversees the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) evening team and future evening repair operations, managing service workload, technician scheduling, shop efficiency, employee coaching, customer communication, diagnostics, work-order approvals, quoting support, records, team coordination, and safety meetings. Candidates need at least five years of complex service repair and maintenance experience, Ag Equipment Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Certification or equivalent, expert mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems knowledge, a valid driver's licence, equipment operation ability, computer and business-system skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts and lift specified weights.
