Louisiana Cat is hiring a Service Shop Supervisor to lead and coordinate service-shop activities at its Reserve, Louisiana location. The role schedules and assigns work, oversees job quality and completion, supports technicians with technical guidance and training, manages tools and supplies, and assists with customer relations. It requires a high school diploma, at least three years of management experience, five or more years of automotive or equipment shop technician experience, strong communication and computer skills, and a valid driver's license. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, includes some travel and physical movement, and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
