Description
Acme Tools is hiring a Service Supervisor for its Minot location to lead the service and parts departments. The role manages daily operations, schedules, inventory, budgets, employee training and performance, customer service, quality, safety, and profitability while supervising service technicians and parts associates. Candidates need a valid driver’s license, strong mechanical knowledge of engines, motors, pumps, and electrical systems, schematic-reading ability, communication and computer skills, and willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons. At least three years of shop supervisory experience or five years of general management experience, plus an associate degree or higher in a related field, is preferred.
