Description
The Service Supervisor will train, appraise, and supervise service and parts department employees; manage daily operations, schedules, inventory, parts ordering, employee relations, budgets, and profitability; coordinate service technicians and parts associates; evaluate and train technicians; manage customer experiences; and maintain safety standards. The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong mechanical knowledge of engines and electrical systems, schematic-reading ability, communication and customer-service skills, computer proficiency, and willingness to work indoors and outdoors. At least three years of shop supervisory experience or five years of general management experience, plus an associate degree or higher in a related field, is preferred.
