Description
The Service Center Supervisor ensures safe and efficient service-center operations, enforces company policies, evaluates processes, and supervises employees through training, performance reviews, and employee relations. The role receives service calls and work orders, assigns and verifies work, distributes workload, schedules hours, collects service and rental tickets, completes service transactions, and assists with administrative duties. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of industrial or field-service supervisory experience are required; heavy-equipment experience is a plus. The position requires physical work lasting up to 12 hours per day and the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, along with Microsoft Office proficiency.
