Hawaii Behavioral Health is hiring a part-time, flexible Service Supervisor to support its Developmental Disabilities Division in Hilo and Big Island, with potential full-time hours. The role oversees programmatic, administrative, personnel, and contract compliance; coordinates resident services and coverage; manages a caseload; supervises and trains direct service workers; develops individualized plans and safety crisis plans; and submits required documentation. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in social sciences or education or at least one year of verifiable experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly, along with TB clearance, First Aid and CPR training, a criminal history check, and a traffic abstract. Compensation is up to $30 per hour, with medical and dental coverage.
