Description
The Service Support Agent coordinates customers and service technicians to schedule service visits, confirms manufacturer warranties, updates customers on service-request status, creates invoices, and supports warranty revenue collection with finance accounts receivable. The role also handles customer service, retail-sales support, parts ordering, service-reporting, collections, third-party provider coordination, and administrative duties. A high school degree or equivalent is required, while 1–2 years of customer service or scheduling experience is preferred; advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are necessary.
