Qbtech is hiring a Service Support Associate to support healthcare providers in adopting and integrating QbCheck into their ADHD assessment workflows. The role focuses on customer onboarding, activation, training, workflow configuration, adoption monitoring, and customer support, working with Account Managers, Account Directors, and Clinical Advisors. It is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension, offering £25,000–£30,000 per annum, private medical insurance, and other benefits.
