KHS GmbH is hiring a Service Support Conversion Manager in Worms, Rhineland-Palatinate, to serve as the central interface between Technology, Sales, and customers. The role structures service products and retrofits for installed machines, maintains accurate material and product data, develops configurable and sales-ready solutions, manages end-of-life discontinuations, creates quotations and presentation content, and uses AI and RPA to automate data processes. The position requires a degree or technical vocational qualification in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, strong technical and sales-oriented understanding, data-quality focus, SAP and Microsoft Office experience, and good English skills.
