Hemfrid is hiring a Service Team Member in Falun/Borlänge for a 95% position performing varied home-cleaning assignments and supporting service quality. Responsibilities include initial and deep cleanings, window cleaning, shift coverage, quality inspections, onboarding new employees, and key handling, with close collaboration with the Area Manager and Field Lead. The role requires home-cleaning experience, strong quality and customer-service orientation, independence, teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to assume more responsibility.
