BFC Solutions is hiring a full-time, route-based Service Technician in the Atlanta area to travel to commercial customer locations and perform scheduled HVAC filter service and basic preventive maintenance. The role includes driving an assigned route, replacing filters, inspecting equipment, completing work orders on a smartphone, working on rooftops and ladders, and loading supplies. No prior HVAC experience is required because paid hands-on training is provided; candidates need transferable hands-on experience, a valid driver's license, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work outdoors and at heights. The position offers $21-22 per hour starting pay, overtime potential, a take-home company vehicle, weekly pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities.
