Description
LDI Mechanical, Inc. is hiring an entry-level HVAC startup and troubleshooting technician for the multifamily HVAC industry. The role involves starting up newly installed hydronic, heat pump, VRV, and VRF equipment; inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems; troubleshooting electrical and mechanical defects; assisting with new system installations; and performing other assigned duties. Candidates must have at least one year of HVAC trade or trade-school experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently full time Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, volunteer life, volunteer AD&D, vacation pay, holiday pay, and a 401(k) employer match, with hourly pay of $25.00 to $29.00 depending on experience.
