Description
The Service Technician services ICEE and restaurant beverage equipment, including frozen carbonated and non-carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. The role handles dispatched service calls, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inventory, documentation, customer communication, and general warehouse duties. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, a valid Real-ID driver’s license, the ability to lift heavy objects, and willingness to drive more than 40% of the time. The position pays from $22 per hour and includes a company vehicle, gas card, cell phone, tablet, training, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
