Founders Property Management is hiring a Service Technician for The Vertu Apartments in Phoenix, Arizona. The role performs general apartment maintenance and upkeep, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, lock and re-keying, and resident work orders. The technician walks market-ready units, completes and inspects work, maintains records, follows safety and community policies, and may work nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
