Description
The Technician Apprentice performs entry-level boat-service and maintenance duties, including detailing, yard operations, equipment and machinery handling, boat movement and storage, light oil-filter changes, general service, warranty repairs, and assisting with repairs. The role also provides exposure to sales, service, parts, customer service, work orders, documentation, scheduling, rigging, boat shows, and promotional events, with training in forklift operation and a focus on customer satisfaction, timely work, production standards, and safety.
