The Service Technician Apprentice performs entry-level boat-service and related duties under a mentor technician, including boat detailing, yard operations, rigging, parts and service-department exposure, customer service, sales, light repairs, boat-show participation, and OEM certification. The role follows a structured apprenticeship program, completes training and documentation, and aims to improve certification status, customer satisfaction, service accuracy, and production standards.
