Description
The Maintenance Technician will independently troubleshoot breakdowns, adjust and set up machines and peripheral equipment, operate and start up machines, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, record maintenance activities, release production after interventions, check product quality, and follow hygiene, safety, and 5S practices. The role requires technical training in electromechanics or equivalent experience, basic MS Office knowledge, fluent Dutch, and strong communication skills; no prior experience is required. Compensation is €19.62–€20.79 per hour plus shift premiums, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, a bicycle allowance, bicycle rental and DKV insurance, training and advancement opportunities, and 20 statutory vacation days.
