ADT is hiring a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program residential and business security and site automation solutions. The role services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video, and access control systems; validates communication with central monitoring; and provides customer support while visiting customers at their homes or businesses. Applicants need service experience, technical aptitude, strong verbal communication, a customer-focused mindset, a valid driver's license, and a high school degree or equivalent.
