ADT is hiring a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program security and site automation solutions for residential and business customers. The role services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control; validates communication with central monitoring; and involves visiting customers at their homes or businesses. Applicants need service experience, technical aptitude, strong verbal communication, a customer-focused mindset, a valid driver's license, and a high school degree or equivalent.
