The Residential Service Technician troubleshoots, configures, reconstructs, and programs security and site automation solutions, including fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video, and access control. The role also validates system signals and communication with central monitoring, supports customers with home protection issues, and requires a high school degree or equivalent, a valid driver's license, service experience, technical aptitude, strong verbal communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
