Description
ADT is hiring a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program security and site automation solutions. The role services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control; validates communication with central monitoring; and provides customer support while visiting customers at their homes or businesses. Applicants need service experience, technical aptitude, strong verbal communication, a customer-focused mindset, a valid driver's license, and a high school degree or equivalent. The position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits, with an hourly pay range of $20.41 to $37.14 plus commission where applicable.
