ADT is hiring a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program security and site automation solutions. The role services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video, and access control systems; validates communication with central monitoring; supports customers; and visits homes or businesses. Applicants need service experience, technical aptitude, strong verbal communication, a customer-focused mindset, a valid driver's license, and a high school degree or equivalent. The position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits, with hourly pay of $20.41 to $37.92 plus commission where applicable.
