Service Technician at Cyber Advisors

Cyber Advisors is hiring a Service Technician to support small- and medium-sized business clients from the Fargo office through phone and remote support. The role troubleshoots hardware and software, manages user accounts and security, handles helpdesk tickets, performs on-site dispatches, builds PCs and virtual Windows servers, and ships hardware.
