Description
This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Dyson customer products such as vacuums, fans, air purifiers, and hair dryers. The role involves providing excellent customer service, promoting cross-selling opportunities, managing parts inventory, and submitting detailed reports. Candidates should have prior experience in customer service and sales, knowledge of consumer electronics, particularly Dyson products, and strong communication skills.
