Description
The Service Technician performs repairs, conversions, modifications, and technical assessments on customer devices and frequency inverters; conducts electrical and mechanical tests; handles customer complaints and loaner equipment; records service and production orders in SAP; collaborates with quality assurance and production; and performs occasional on-site service. The role requires technical training and experience assembling, testing, and repairing technical equipment, with SAP knowledge and strong communication skills preferred.
