The position starts with comprehensive internal training, allowing individuals without prior experience to become specialists in three months. Responsibilities include assessing damage, performing repairs, explaining procedures to customers, and providing post-repair support. The ideal candidate will possess affinity with technology, customer-service oriented, independent, positive, ambitious, and flexible traits. They must hold a driver's license B and personal transportation.
