Ginkgo Residential LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager in maintaining multifamily apartment communities. The role performs preventative, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic repairs; completes service requests and make-ready inspections; diagnoses HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building-system issues; coordinates third-party vendors; inspects community buildings and grounds; and responds to rotating on-call emergencies. The position requires at least two years of maintenance experience, general maintenance knowledge, customer service and communication skills, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and availability for weekends and on-call work.
