JBG SMITH is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the upkeep of their mixed-use properties in and around Washington, DC. The role involves preparing units for move-in, responding to resident maintenance requests for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, performing preventative maintenance, and inspecting the community daily. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2 years of maintenance experience, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a flexible schedule, on-call duty, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
