Description
The Field Service Technician operates and inspects equipment, performs evaluations, repairs, new builds, assembly, testing, and maintenance on hydraulic power units, lube systems, and related components. The role also handles customer and internal communications, paperwork, process improvements, and special projects. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–8 years of experience for the uncertified level or 8+ years plus specialized hydraulic training for the senior level, basic math and computer skills, schematic-reading and troubleshooting ability, and the ability to work in customer job sites, shops, and outdoor conditions.
