The role involves independent field service, customer communication, documentation, safety compliance, and managing multiple service calls. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of relevant experience or technical schooling, strong troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors and lift up to 75 pounds.
