Description
The Service Technician will assess, recommend, quote, document, and repair hockey equipment, including skate sharpening, profiling, holder and runner installation, and gear repairs. The role also involves maintaining the shop and service area, staying current with equipment and maintenance techniques, and providing customer-focused service. Previous customer service and service-shop experience are assets, along with strong communication, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and positive work-attitude skills.
