The role covers smart building systems, KNX configuration and optimization, fire alarm systems, call systems, energy and sustainability monitoring, vendor coordination, commercial offer preparation, and technical on-call service. Candidates need an electrical apprenticeship, master craftsman training, or state-certified technician qualification, several years of facility or technical building management experience, project and contract management experience, a driver’s license class B, and strong communication and organizational skills.
