DEKA is hiring Service Technicians for cloud and hybrid telephone systems at its headquarters in Dormagen, with service coverage for the NRW region. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining cloud PBX and hybrid telephone systems; migrating traditional systems; troubleshooting VoIP and SIP issues; integrating end devices and softphones; providing on-site and remote technical support; and supporting AI voice-service providers. Candidates need telecom or IT training, VoIP/SIP and network experience, cloud telephony knowledge, German and English proficiency, and a Class B driver’s license.
