Roof Technology Partners is hiring a Service Foreman / Service Tech to lead field crews on commercial roofing service calls, repairs, and maintenance across EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, modified bitumen, and low-slope metal systems. The role diagnoses leaks, scopes and directs repairs, enforces safety and quality standards, documents jobsite work, communicates repair recommendations to customers, and trains technicians. Candidates need at least four years of commercial roofing service experience, including two years leading field crews, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work outdoors at heights and in varying weather.
