Description
Dalton Service Center is hiring a full-time Appliance Service Technician I to diagnose, repair, uninstall, reinstall, and replace residential appliances in the company facility and customers’ homes. The role involves troubleshooting electrical, gas, plumbing, and mechanical systems; communicating repair options to customers; maintaining service records; and traveling regularly. Compensation is $14.00 per hour plus a 32% commission, with benefits including a 401(k) match, ESOP, paid time off, holidays, training, and a company vehicle. A high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license are required; appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related mechanical experience is preferred.
