Windsor Communities is hiring a Service Technician II (Apartment Maintenance Technician II) for its South Atlanta, Georgia property. The role performs apartment and property maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, appliance repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turnover, emergency on-call repairs, work-order completion in Yardi, inventory and record keeping, safety compliance, and resident/vendor customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of apartment maintenance or related experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to use smart devices and property-management software. Weekend work and an on-call rotation are required.
