Burckhardt Compression US is hiring a Service Technician II in New Iberia, Louisiana. The role provides field service and maintenance for gas engine compressor packages, production equipment, and associated systems at client locations. Responsibilities include preventative and corrective mechanical service, troubleshooting and repairs, equipment installation, overhauls, startup and commissioning, electrical maintenance, safety and environmental hazard control, reporting, inventory review, and leading or training newer technicians. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, preferably vocational or associate-level education, and 3–5 years of related field experience or equivalent trade-school or military training.
